To ensure a smooth return process, the item should be unused, unopened, and in its pristine original condition, including the packaging.   • Restocking Fee

    We aim to deliver products in impeccable condition. However, if returned items come with damaged packaging, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to cover the diminished resale value. This fee is deducted from your refund and reflects our commitment to maintaining product integrity.

  • Non-returnable Items

    Please note, for the safety and hygiene of all our customers, items that have been used or installed are not eligible for return. We encourage you to contact us before installation if you have any uncertainties or issues with the product.

  • Refunds

    We will conduct an inspection once your return is received. Following this, we will inform you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow a standard timeframe for the refund to appear in your account, as dictated by your financial institution.

    Kindly note, the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. This aligns with our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
