Delivery takes 2-5 days, depending on your location. We use a private courier service to ensure fast and efficient deliveries.

Warranty & Returns

Can I return my product because of a change of mind?

Yes, we offer free returns if you change your mind within 30 days and the product is unopened and undamaged. The customer pays the shipping cost, and the product packaging must be in a sellable condition.

How do I request a return?

Simply email us or complete the form under Warranty & Returns with your order number, and we'll guide you through the process to ensure a smooth return experience.

Is there a restocking fee?

Some descriptionThere is no restocking fee if the product and packaging are in sellable condition. If the product is damaged, we cannot issue a return. If the packaging is not in sellable condition, the restocking fee is 20%.

How do I send the product back?

Contact us, and we will arrange a courier to collect the product from your location. We will provide you with a label to attach to the item.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once the returned product has arrived back to us, we need 3 days to complete an inspection and process the refund.
